More than just a smart office complex. The SMART TOWER is exactly what its name suggests and offers space for flexible use on around 6,000m² of floor space on 8 floors, in the form of up to 400 workstations. As part of the development area "my smart city graz", the SMART TOWER presents itself as a landmark, at the northernmost point of the development area.

The well-thought-out office grid of the SMART TOWER enables a variety of different office concepts – from individual offices to group offices to open-space open-plan offices. All concepts desired by future users are possible and easy to implement. Later adaptations, such as the insertion of partition walls, can also be made due to the high degree of flexibility in use. The roof terrace offers an outstanding view in all directions and provides users with a retreat in between to refuel with fresh air or invites for after-work meetings.
