→ In the 13th district of a city that is among those with the best quality of living in the world are to be constructed 21 apartments in a renovated old building and another 14 in three new structures with central staircase access; residents will also have access to the extensive private parkland. On this 15,000 m² site, the original tree population will be combined with a contemporary lifestyle reinterpretation.

The imposing structures on the Jagdschlossgasse 21-25 site will consist of an updated old structure and three new buildings constructed on the central stairwell access principle. The apartments will be finished to the highest quality and will provide direct access to the unusual private parkland where residents will be able to linger and relax.
