Linz is the capital of Upper Austria with about 200,000 inhabitants, Vienna and Graz the third-largest city in Austria and the center of the second largest metropolitan area of the Republic of Austria, with about 770,000 people.

DESCRIPTION

The property was built in 1995. The principal tenant “Kursana Residenzen GmbH” has been running a senior citizens’ residency on this property for more than 20 years. Kursana offers assisted living in the heart of Linz.

The high level of comfort and numerous services make the everyday life easier for the elderly. In addition to the cleaning and laundry services, this residence offers a reception and caretaker service as well as an in-house restaurant, a café with a sun terrace, a library and club, work and gymnastics rooms. A wide range of leisure and cultural events round off the offer.

The Kursana residence offers about 100 spacious single apartments and 31 double apartments. They are well thought-out and generously cut. Each apartment has a fitted kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace, telephone and TV connection, as well as an emergency system.
