The key to success: Green, Graz hinterland and yet very close to the city. The BAHNHOFSQUARTIER PREMSTÄTTEN stands for living in the outskirts of Graz, with lots of greenery and very good public transport connections. As the name suggests, the railroad is right on the doorstep and so is Graz's main station and thus the whole city of Graz is only minutes away.

On the former, unused industrial site, a residential building area is to be realized in phases over the next few years. In addition to terraced houses, multi-storey residential buildings will also be developed, thus creating appropriate living space for both singles and families. By positioning a multimodal transport hub with electric mobility and rental cars as well as by expanding the public transport infrastructure away from the site, it should also be possible to do even without motor vehicles. Green, Graz hinterland and yet very close to the city.
