Statement regarding duty to inform
Protecting your personal data is a particular concern of ours. We pro-cess your data which we receive from you in the course of our busi-ness relationship only in accordance with the statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act (TKG) 2003). If you contact us by using our contact form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide (name, e-mail and content of your mes-sage) will be stored by us for one year for the purpose of handling your request and in case there are any follow-up questions. If you do not agree thereto, you can send a withdrawal to firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. The data will not disclosed without your consent.
Who receives your data
Your data will be forwarded to the departments or employees which need them to fulfil contractual and legal obligations as well as legiti-mate interests. Furthermore, your data will be received by processors acting on our behalf who are contractually obliged to keep your data confidential and to process it only in the course of their service per-formance (e.g. IT service providers, print service providers, tax con-sultants, public authorities).
We will process your personal data, where required, for the duration of the entire business relationship and beyond that for the duration of the statutory retention and documentation periods, in particular under the Austrian Fiscal Code (BAO).
Under Sec. 207 BAO, fiscal duties shall lapse after ten years upon ex-piry of the year in which the fiscal duty arose. Under Sec. 132 BAO, any books, records and receipts relevant for tax purposes shall be kept for seven years. Therefore, your data will generally be deleted after ten years after termination of our contractual relationship.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, small text files that are stored on your computer which enable an analysis of how you use our website. The information about your use of this website (in-cluding your IP address) which is created by cookies, is transferred to a Google server in the USA and is stored there. Google uses this in-formation to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activity for its operator and to provide further services which are connected to the use of this website and of the internet. If legally required, or if third parties process these data on behalf of Google, Google may forward these data to third parties. Google will never associate your IP address with any other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being installed on your device by changing the settings on your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that if you do so, you may not have full access to all func-tions of this website. By using this website, you agree to the pro-cessing of the collected data by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above. Given the debate about the analytical tools using full IP addresses, we would like to point out that this web-site uses Google Analytics with the “anonymizeIP” extension and there-fore only processes the abbreviated versions of IP addresses to pre-vent them from being directly linked to a particular individual.
Companies based in the US have the option of being entered in a list managed by the US Department of Commerce (“Privacy Shield List”) if they are obligated to adhere to the agreed upon binding requirements (“Privacy Shield Principles”) as established by self-certification through the US Department of Commerce. Thank to this, the USA has a suitable level of data protection for the transfer of data from the Eu-ropean Union to US companies.
